A helping hand, your way

Support for your kind of everyday.

Practical help and human connection, with room for the things that matter to you.

Services are being finalised. The ideas below are examples for Amy to review, not a confirmed list of available services.

Time together

Every person is different, so our time together will be shaped around you, your interests and what you enjoy.

That might mean a coffee and a chat, a walk, a trip out, spending time on a hobby, or simply having some friendly company.

It’s your time, your choices and your routine. My role is to help you make a little more of everyday life.

A hand with everyday life

Sometimes a little practical help can make things feel much easier.

I can support with things like shopping and errands, attending appointments, light household tasks, staying organised, or getting out to the places you need to be.

Wherever possible, I’ll always encourage and support you to maintain your independence.

Staying connected

Companionship is about more than having someone nearby, it’s about feeling connected.

We can spend time doing the things you enjoy, visit cafés, garden centres or local places, get some fresh air, or simply enjoy a conversation together.

The focus is always on helping you stay involved in the things and places that matter to you.

Is this the right support for me?

The first step is simply a conversation.

We can have a relaxed chat about what you’re looking for, what matters to you, and whether A Little More Life feels like the right fit.

A Little More Life provides non-personal practical and social support. I don’t provide personal care, medication administration, nursing care or manual handling.

If you’re unsure whether I can help with something, just get in touch and we can talk it through.

What would make your day a little easier?

Start with a hello. We can take the conversation from there.
